As a Central Business Support Highbury House Steward Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience at the Emirates Stadium. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Providing information about the stadium and the club
  • Assisting with ticketing and hospitality queries
  • Ensuring that the stadium is clean and tidy
  • Working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A good knowledge of Arsenal Football Club
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work independently
  • A flexible and positive attitude
